Pro Nobis is a UK-based construction training provider specialising in work-based NVQs and competency qualifications for people already working on site.

We support tradespeople, subcontractors, and construction businesses by helping operatives gain recognised qualifications that prove occupational competence — without classrooms, exams, or time away from work.

How Our NVQs Work:

Our process is designed to be straightforward:

  1. You enrol on the relevant NVQ for your trade
  2. You are assigned a qualified assessor
  3. Evidence is collected from your day-to-day site work
  4. Your assessor supports you through professional discussions
  5. Your NVQ is achieved once competence is confirmed
  6. We claim your certificates from ProQual the awarding body

Most candidates complete within 4–8 weeks, depending on the submission of evidence.
